- Coordinate and maintain citywide mapping
- Engineering plan review and construction inspection of site development relative to citywide street and storm drainage system
- Manage the Capital Improvement Program, with the exception of Buildings
- Continuously monitor the City Major Streets to ensure traffic volume and flow is as projected, and recommend changes when necessary
- Develop and implement a citywide storm drainage improvement program to evaluate, prioritize and design storm drainage
- Provide Civil Engineering support for all City Departments
