July 4th Celebration & Fireworks Display

Dublin Park is the place to be on Sunday July 4th.  The Annual July 4th Celebration will kick off with inflatable activities lined up all around Soccer Field #1.  Children and Adults of all ages can enjoy sliding down the Giant Sabretooth Tiger Slide or try to find their way through the 70 ft Obstacle Course.  When you get to hot....take a splash down the the 62 ft Water Slide or sit underneath the giant Tent in the shade and listen to the great music provided by the Shakes.  Avoid the traffic and use the Shuttle Services provided by the City of Madison.  Park at BJHS and you will be shuttled to and from the event.

  • Inflatable Activities will be set up from 2pm - 7pm
  • Shuttle Services 2pm - Until
  • Entertainment will be from 3pm -7pm
  • Various Vendors will be on hand serving up great food from 2pm - until  
  • Fireworks display scheduled to start at dark

Dublin Park Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt

Come join us and the Easter Bunny at Dublin Park for the Annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 5 - 12 years old.

  • Malcom Field (Soccer Field #1)
  • Gates open at 7:30 pm
  • Easter Egg Hunt will start at Dusk
  • Must bring Flashlight

Dublin Park's 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Come join us and the Easter Bunny at Dublin park for the AnnualEaster Bunnyal Easter Egg Hunt for children age 0 -5 years.

  • Easter Egg Hunt will start at 10:00 am

Madison Christmas Parade


The Annual Madison Christmas Parade will be Saturday, December 11 , 2010 starting at 5:30 pm.  The Parade route will begin at Hughes Road and Plaza Drive and will continue to downtown Madison.  There will be an Awards Ceremony following the parade at the Roundhouse at Village Green.   The Madison Rotary Club will at the Roundhouse serving Hot Chocolate and Cookies.

Registration forms must be completed and returned to the Recreation Department no later than 5:00 pm, Monday November 29, 2010.

The Parade Theme is "Winter Wonderland"

Madison Street Festival

The historical setting of downtown Madison provides an ideal backdrop for the Madison Street Festival. This annual event welcomes more than 26,000 visitors and is a local tradition for kicking-off the fall season since 1980, The festival has welcomed an array of artist, craftsmen, demonstrators, and local entertainers.
